Illuminated Album-Light up the room with a photo-clad lamp shade: Collect a handful of old prints (sepia-toned shots create a warm, honey glow), attach them to your shade with spray adhesive and let dry.

Scenic Switch-Add some atmosphere to a simple light switch: Pick up a transparent wall plate at the hardware store (ro order a few from wallplatewarehouse.com), trim your photo to fit inside, and install.

Bold Silhouettes-Put a new spin on the classic victorian portrait: Select a few photos with well-defined subjects-people, pets, and strong profiles all work well.  Cut out each subject, flip the cutouts over, glue them to colored paper, and frame!
