There's a light at the end of the tunnel.  Accroding to a recent survey of brokers from Leading Real Estate Companies of the world, Chicago, IL, on the current housing market, things finally may be looking up.  Despite the industry's recent financial woes, 59 percent of respondents from across the country said they are beginning to see the market improve.  Though the news was not all good, with a vast majority of respondents indicating a drop in prices during the last year, 75 percent of those said that the decline was less than 10 percent.
